Cape Consulting started in 2023, at a time when many organisations were still finding their feet after the pandemic. It was clear that businesses and charities were not just dealing with operational pressure. They were also struggling with how to support, manage, and grow their people well. That is where Cape Consulting began.

From the start, the belief was simple: when people grow, organisations grow with them. That idea still sits at the centre of everything we do. We built Cape Consulting to help organisations feel more supported, more confident, and more in control of the people side of the business. Some clients come to us for outsourced HR support.
